infoinbox Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 30, 2026

infoinbox is a personal software tool operated by a single individual (the "owner") solely to manage the owner's own email accounts. It is not offered to the public and has no users other than the owner.

Google user data

infoinbox uses the Gmail API with the gmail.readonly scope to read email messages and metadata from Google accounts that belong to the owner and that the owner has explicitly connected. This data includes message headers, bodies, and labels.

How data is stored and used

Limited Use disclosure

infoinbox's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data deletion

The owner can delete all stored data at any time by deleting the local database, and can revoke the app's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
